Spectator admission by programme only - £2.50 per person - OAPs (60 and over) and children (under 16) free entry. The entry fees go to cover the cost of the pool hire.
For guidance, typical gala times are below, but make sure you know what your gala times actually are!

The teams swim at the venues for rounds one and two as follows:

For Round 3 (final round), the top half of the teams normally swim one venue, whilst the other teams, swim at the other. (although some changes may be made to "balance" the numbers of teams at each gala)
