Round 3 brought the 2008 league activities to an end. Excellent galas at Newbury and Reading produced fantastic atmospheres and the full results are in the results page.
The Thames Valley Junior League Champions for 2008 are

The league would like to say a big thank-you to everyone who has helped, but specifically to all host clubs (Newbury x2, Reading x2, Chesham and Maidenhead), all of the officials, clubs, coaches, helpers and SWIMMERS. We look forward to 2009.
The 2009 league dates will be announced in the Autumn of 2008.

Round 2 took place last Saturday, the results are on the results page. This means that the Final round is now settled, and details of venues and teams are on the Gala Dates section. As a summary though, the final round will be held Saturday March 29th at Newbury and Reading:
Newbury: Northcroft Leisure Centre: Warm-up 6:00pm, Start: 6:30pm
Teams: Amersham "A", Maidenhead, Newbury, Windsor, Wycombe
Reading: Central Pool: Warm-up 6:00pm, Start: 6:30pm
Teams: Amersham "B", Chalfont, Chesham, Reading, Slough
Round 2: to be held 9/2/08:
Maidenhead: Magnet Pools: Doors open 6:15, Warm-up 6:30, Start: 7pm
Teams: Chalfont, Maidenhead, Reading, Windsor, Wycombe
Amersham: Chiltern Pools: Warm-up 6pm, Start: 6:30
Teams: Amersham A, Amersham B, Chesham, Newbury, Slough

28/1/08: Newbury gala results reposted to correct an administrative error, and has been re-scored. This does not affect the placings or league points.

This website is new: If any one would like to design a better logo, feel free .. submissions to the chairman are welcomed. It needs to be compact, and look good in colour or black and white.
